Throughout the process, our team maintained open communication and followed up diligently with the city examiner to stay updated, ensuring a smooth and efficient basement renovation journey.

Custom Wall Framing, Acoustic Insulation, and Vinyl Plank Flooring

We started the basement renovation by focusing on custom wall framing to create a strong, reliable foundation for the whole space. We then took the time to thoughtfully design and install ceiling bulkheads to neatly hide the HVAC systems and wiring, which helped keep the overall layout sleek and functional.

For the flooring, we went with high-quality vinyl plank flooring paired with acoustic underpadding. This choice not only adds a stylish touch, but also ensures comfort while reducing noise—a great fit for both relaxing and everyday living.

To enhance the peaceful vibe, we added Owens Corning QuietZone acoustic insulation in the ceiling. This soundproofing material works wonders in reducing noise transfer between floors, turning the basement into a serene escape where you can unwind, work, or host friends without distraction.
